My work with Teams, Groups, and Organizations involves…

providing in person and online Autonomic Nervous System Regulation training. This training may involve yin yoga, Trauma Release Exercis (TRE®), Integrative Breathwork or a combination of all three.

By developing greater awareness of our internal experience, we deepen our ability to be in the present moment. This creates opportunities to thrive as as a cohesive, safe, and resilient team of individuals.
