Online Private Instruction and Movement/Embodiment Programming
This is an offering of my heart. Personal, powerful, grounding, and strong strength training/yoga movement sessions. Training sessions are 60-minutes over Zoom, once or twice per week. Additionally, clients are given personalized homework and programming, breath practices, stretches, strength training drills, habit coaching, etc. to perform on their own between training sessions.
In-Person Private Training
This works the same as my online sessions but takes place in the flesh at my strength training and yoga center, also known as the healing center/gym I’ve created in my home garage in Kirkland, Washington.
In-Person Semi-Private Training
Move with a friend or two at my strength training and yoga center, also known as the healing center/gym I’ve created in my home garage in Kirkland, Washington. Cultivate strength and embodiment together. (2-3 people maximum)
